Northwest Regional Careers Expo
Date: Wednesday, 15 May 2024 (with Parents Evening 14th May 2024 option)
Where: TRECC, Greg Norman Drive, Tamworth
Time: School arrivals from 9.30am
Session Times: 09:30 – 11:30 and 12:00 – 14:00
Site cost: $165.00 (inc GST)
Included:
2 attendees per stand included ($25 per additional attendee if more than 2 attendees per stand)
1 x 1.8m table and 2 chairs per stand
Tea and coffee facilities
Lunch and bottled water for each registered attendee
Powered sites will be available – extension cords and power set up will not be provided by Rotary (TRECC staff will assist)
Exhibitors have a free attendance to the Parents Information Evening on Tuesday evening before Expo (Optional)
Early Registrations Close: 19th April 2024 (A late fee of $50 applies after this date)

Exhibitors are required to bump in the day prior, 14th May 2024 strictly between 2pm and 5pm or 8am – 8:45am day of event.
